These terms and conditions apply to and form part of all offers, orders, agreements and other legal acts.
The conditions also apply to markets and fairs, with the exception of the conditions relating to orders placed.

By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

Deviations from the general terms and conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing with Meertax, in which case the other provisions remain in force.

Meertax always reserves the right to change and/or supplement the conditions and content of the website. Particularly when there are (legal) regulations.

Price

The prices for the products and services are in Euros, including 9% VAT and including shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Orders

 

Yvonne Hakkert's works of art come with a certificate of authenticity.

The agreement is concluded when you place a final order via the YvonneHakkert.com webshop. After your order you will receive a confirmation with the total costs and further information. When placing your order, please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address.

Pay

Payment covers the full purchase amount and any shipping costs. Prices are subject to errors. When ordering, choose from the following two payment options:

1) Pay in advance. You can pay by bank/giro transfer in advance to the Meertax bank account in Amsterdam, stating the order number you obtained. After receipt of your payment, the items will be shipped in accordance with the specified delivery time (applicable to custom work).

2) Payment via Mollie. You can make online purchases reliably, safely and easily via Mollie. There are no additional costs involved. After receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and the items will be shipped in accordance with the specified delivery.

Delivery

As soon as payment has been received by us, we will arrange the shipment of your order.

Digital works are sent directly via the website. The paintings usually have a delivery time of 7 days (unforeseen circumstances, not including weekends and public holidays).

If the item is unexpectedly no longer in stock and/or the delivery deviates so much from the stated delivery time, we propose to inform you by e-mail or telephone within five working days. If the item is not available/sold out, the agreement will be terminated by Meertax. In this case, any payments will of course be returned.

 

Reliability

Meertax cannot accept any liability for the consequences of typographical and printing errors. This also applies to any programming errors on the website.

Your order will be delivered to an external printing company/TNT with the utmost care and in good condition. Shipments are always at the buyer's risk. Meertax is not liable for delays in delivery by TNT.

The colors of the images on the Yvonne Hakkert website may differ slightly from the actual colors of the items. You cannot derive any rights from it.
